    You lost me at “cash strapped health care system.” People go to the E.R. because they can’t access primary care and specialists in a timely manner. Allow people to buy a private option and the system would be more efficient. Right now, family doctors in family health teams are paid not to be in the office so they work at three different clinics. We are not getting value for all of the money that is poured into healthcare.
