    Thanks for writing this. Answered my question about how to transfer prescriptions over. One other tip I would suggest is to keep your prescriptions on your phone or at least in the carrying backpack you bring with you during the move with your own daily essentials and overnight items. You never know when you’ll need it mid-move or at the end of the long day of moving.

    I have moved from Owen Sound Ontario to Nova Scotia. Having difficulty getting a new Doctor can my Doctor in Ontario add additional renewals until I find a new doctor?
