“These are interesting times. I’m a smoker and I’m afraid to cough.
I’ve never been on a waiting list for food items in the grocery store before. I’ve never been told I have to wait in a line to pick up straws at the dollar store. Anything that I touch around here or outside, I need to wash once and twice. It’s an interesting time to be alive.
I feel this is the time where people need to be working together instead of trying to empty the shelves and buy everything for ourselves to store away. We have to do better as a community. I’m amazed by how selfish we can be sometimes – it can seem like we don’t think about anyone but ourselves.
That being said, there are people that work here that are awesome and show what this is all about. We need to think about one another more. It’s a good team, and we are all in it together.”
