Zoë Dodd is a long-time harm-reduction advocate, organizer, activist and scholar. She is currently working at MAP Centre for Urban Health Solutions at St. Michael’s Hospital and is a co-lead investigator on the evaluation of encampment outreach with the MARCO study.
