Great article Julie. Many researchers are wondering about the long term impact the pandemic will have on their work. Research in many hospitals across the country, including SickKids where I currently work, has either been put on hold or switched focus. While finding a cure for COVID-19 is extremely important, it is also important to not completely eliminate opportunities for other life-saving research such as pediatric cancer research. Thank you for sharing your insightful thoughts with the research community.
